I am a contracted MSO International healthcare provider. How do I enrol onto MSO’s web portal for the purposes of member verification, pre-authorisation and claims submissions?

Please send an email of request to your MSO International Network Manager, or to networkqueries@mso.co.za requesting training on how to use the web portal. Our Networks Department will then be in contact to arrange training and enrollment.
